Office Manager

Mike and I grew up in nearby Bennington, Vermont.  We are grateful for the opportunity to work in the beautiful Berkshires and to be close to our families. 

I love being part of Berkshire Orthodontics.  It is a pleasure to witness each patient’s journey to a healthier, more functional and more esthetic smile.  We take our work seriously and we do it with great joy and gratitude – laughter and fun are definitely part of the process!  We are proud of our team and enjoy learning and working with them to provide an exceptional experience for our patients.  

We have three wonderful children who keep us busy exploring. We love spending time with them, our families, friends and enjoying the rich culture and natural beauty of the Berkshires.

Amanda

Level II AAO Certified Orthodontic Assistant

Amanda joined our team in 2017 and she is one of our outstanding chairside technicians. She loves meeting new people and enjoys educating them about orthodontics.  Through her compassion, service and positive nature, she helps create a professional and fun environment.  Amanda enjoys collaborating with her teammates to help our patients reach their goals - seeing the positive change that a smile can make is what it’s all about! 

Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys playing with her three-year old daughter and their dog.  She also enjoys arts and crafts and the great outdoors!

Haley

Level I AAO Certified Orthodontic Assistant

As one of our excellent chairside technicians, Haley enjoys interacting with patients to help them achieve their new smile. She puts patients at ease by explaining procedures clearly and truly caring about their health. She is skilled and interested in appliance fabrication and lab processes.  She is excited to become our primary 3-D lab coordinator in 2023 and is looking forward to the increased convenience the lab will offer our patients. The family-oriented work environment she has helped to create inspires Haley’s work – she loves her teammates. Haley graduated from the McCann Dental Assisting Program in 2017 and worked as a general dental assistant before joining our practice. She earned her level 2 Orthodontic Assistant Certificate from the AAO and enjoys continuing education – especially Dr. Mike’s book club!

Haley has two precious boys that are 16 months apart – she is a busy and loving Mom! Her family spends their days racing cars, playing with dinosaurs and watching Bluey. She is a foodie! 

Carey

Level II AAO Certified Orthodontic Assistant

As our Clinical Coordinator Carey’s organizational skills and attention to detail help keep our clinic running smoothly.  She cherishes her interactions with patients and truly enjoys working with our team to create beautiful, functional and confident smiles! She works closely with the administrative core to ensure patients have a positive experience throughout treatment. She is also our Dental Monitoring Coordinator and loves encouraging patients virtually while working with Dr. Mike to monitor progress.  As a graduate of the McCann Dental Program and a general dental assistant for 20 years, Carey brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her work. She earned her level 2 Orthodontic Assistant Certificate from the AAO and regularly participates in continuing education. 

Outside of the office, Carey enjoys spending time with her kids: one in college and one headed to college this coming fall.  Carey loves music, reading (especially Stephen King), walks with her dog Gracie May, and diamond painting.  She also looks forward to her family’s annual trip to York Beach in the summer.

Jill

Administrative Assistant

Jill is one of the friendly faces you will see greeting everyone by name.  She can assist you in anything from scheduling an appointment to managing all of your financial and insurance needs.  She loves working with Dr. Mike and our team to create beautiful smiles.  Her professionalism, collaboration and compassion help make our office a welcoming place to be!

When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Nick, their dogs Max and Annie, and all of her friends and family. 

Billie

Administrative Assistant

As part of the Administrative Team, Billie is one of the first people you will encounter when we welcome you to the practice.  She loves being part of such a supportive and warm office environment. Billie moved to the Berkshires in February of 2021 and says it was one of best decisions she has ever made!  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and traveling. Billie’s organizational skills, eagerness to learn and warm personality make her a fantastic team-member. She adds so much to the outstanding service we work hard to provide.

Megan

Level II AAO Certified Orthodontic Assistant

Megan enjoys the one-on-one time she has with patients. She loves watching them get excited about their smile throughout the orthodontic process. While she enjoys the individual interactions, she also loves her team. Working together to help patients and families feel comfortable, keep them informed, and make the experience joyful, is extremely gratifying. In addition, Megan is always eager to learn and  enjoys mastering new technologies and techniques.  She is a graduate of the McCann Dental Assisting Program and has been an assistant since 2019. She earned her level 2 orthodontic assistant certificate from the AAO last year.  We are grateful that Megan joined our team, her attention to detail, positivity and team mindset will help make your experience enjoyable and efficient. Megan has three children that keep her busy and entertained. She loves spending time creating memories and having adventures with her family. She loves being outside and learning new things every day. 

Ashley

Level II AAO Certified Orthodontic Assistant

Building relationships, providing care and education to help patients improve their health and lives, inspires Ashley to work hard. Working with our team to provide the best experience for patients and families makes Ashley an outstanding team member. With kind and clear communication, Ashley encourages patients to be active in their orthodontic journey. She contributes to the positive atmosphere of our practice and enjoys the jovial exchanges that come with knowing and caring for people over time.  Ashley enjoys learning about new orthodontic technologies and appliances.  She joined our practice two years ago and has since earned her level 2 orthodontic assistant certificate through the AAO. Ouside of work Ashley loves to enjoy the beautiful Bershires. She has two old and beloved horses she cares for and rides. Ashley also enjoys fishing, especially for bass.
